Draft — business details pending
Terms of use
Last updated:
This public draft describes Rit. and its current limitations. Controller details and launch safeguards are unfinished. It is not a claim of legal compliance or lawyer review.
1. Who provides Rit.
Rit. helps you connect visions, rituals, recorded consistency, progress and reflection. The provider is Female Digital, located in Valby, Denmark, with CVR 34402698. Working contact: info@femaledigital.dk. The complete registered postal address remains to be confirmed before commercial launch. Read our Privacy Policy for data practices and outstanding safeguards.
2. Free and planned Plus membership
Free includes 2 active custom rituals and 1 active vision board, plus the existing daily trackers and reflection tools. Existing legacy content may remain usable above these limits. Plus removes the active-item limits, but AI usage allowances still apply.
Purchases are not available: checkout is disabled. Planned standard Plus prices are 49 DKK per month or 399 DKK per year. The annual price is equivalent to 33.25 DKK per month, billed yearly, saving approximately 32% compared with twelve monthly payments.
The planned founding offer is limited to 1,000 founding paid members: $12 for the FIRST YEAR ONLY (equivalent to $1 per month, billed yearly). Thereafter the planned renewal is 399 DKK per year unless cancelled. This is not a lifetime $12 price.
Final availability, currency, taxes and prices must be confirmed in the applicable country and localized app-store listing. Before any purchase, the billing period, introductory period, renewal amount, cancellation terms and required consent must be clearly disclosed. These draft prices do not create a purchase or paid entitlement.
3. Future Apple purchases and cancellation
Apple in-app purchasing, subscription restoration and purchase management are NOT YET IMPLEMENTED. If offered later through Apple, subscriptions will be managed and cancelled in Apple Settings under your Apple Account's Subscriptions. Cancelling normally stops the next renewal, with access continuing through the paid period according to the applicable purchase terms. Restoration must be implemented before launch.
Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account or data. Settings → Account → Delete account offers permanent deletion with password verification; hosted and device verification is still pending. Resetting app data is not account deletion, and immediate backup erasure is not promised. Refund requests for Apple purchases would follow Apple's process, without excluding statutory remedies.
4. Withdrawal and mandatory consumer rights
EU and Danish consumers generally have a 14-day statutory withdrawal period for qualifying distance contracts. The starting point and consequences depend on the type of contract. For a service requested to start during that period, a proportionate charge may apply only where the law's information and express-request requirements are met. Loss of a service withdrawal right after full performance, or an exception for digital content supplied immediately, requires the legally applicable conditions, including prior express consent and acknowledgement where required. Buying or using Rit. alone is not a waiver.
Final purchase disclosures must distinguish services from digital content, explain how to exercise withdrawal and provide any required form. No blanket “no refunds” rule applies. Your mandatory rights for defective or non-conforming services remain intact. See Danish subscription guidance and withdrawal guidance.
5. Wellness and AI limitations
Rit. is for personal organization and wellness awareness, not medical care, diagnosis, treatment, fertility advice or contraception. Cycle and fertile-window estimates can be inaccurate. Structured cycle tracking is optional and requires separate explicit permission; declining leaves other Rit. features available. Withdraw and clear cycle records in Settings → Cycle; see the Privacy Policy for retention and remaining safeguards. Consult a qualified professional about health concerns and seek emergency services for urgent problems.
AI plans can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. Review suggestions before acting; you decide what to save and practice. Current AI allowances are 2 successful plans per UTC month for Free and 20 for Plus, including founders, with a maximum of 5 per UTC day and one ongoing generation per account. There is no carryover. Manual creation does not consume AI allowance; active-item product limits still apply.
6. Your content and acceptable use
You retain ownership of the content you provide. You grant the provider and necessary processors a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, display and transmit it only to deliver and secure Rit. and features you request, including requested AI generation. This is not a licence to sell your photos or advertise with your content.
Only upload content you have permission to use. Avoid other people's private or sensitive information and unnecessary intimate photos. Do not use Rit. unlawfully, infringe rights, harass others, attempt unauthorized access, bypass quotas or disrupt the service. Rit.'s branding, software and other provider materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
7. Accounts, minors and availability
Keep sign-in credentials secure. No verified age gate is currently implemented. Eligibility, parental authorization where required and rules for minors must be established before launch; this draft does not imply that all ages are supported.
Service interruptions, connectivity failures and estimates may occur. Web reminders are best-effort while the app is open; closed-app iPhone delivery is not proven. Simultaneous changes across devices can overwrite one another because saved state currently uses last-writer-wins. Use Settings' data export for an additional copy. These limitations do not exclude rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Changes, complaints and applicable law
Material changes should be communicated in advance and apply prospectively, respecting existing contracts and any right to cancel. New prices must not be imposed retroactively.
Danish law is intended to apply, subject to the mandatory protections and competent courts available to consumers in their country of residence. Complaints should first go to the provider's contact at info@femaledigital.dk; we aim to respond to consumer complaints within a reasonable time. Relevant consumer complaint procedures must be completed before purchases begin. Nothing here overrides mandatory consumer rights.
